Meditation

Meditation can be described as a state in which the body is relaxed and the mind is focused on the sensation of the moment e.g. the breath. Using meditation to relax and de-stress mind and body not only improves ones health but also brings with it an increase in efficiency in all areas of life. Various meditation techniques are taught in chairs.

CREATIVE VISUALIZATION

Is the skill of using your imagination to help your goals manifest. Creative visualization and positive affirmations can be used to improve health and to focus on any other positive changes. I use counselling skills  to help you identify your goals and work towards them.

Six session course covers techniques 1) to 3)

Ten session course covers techniques 1) to 6)

All courses teach how to use a combination of techniques to reach deeper levels of meditation. You also learn how to bring relaxation/meditation into everyday situations.
